UK airport tax increases

By

Hi Travel Buddies,

From 1 Nov 2010 onwards, travellers flying out of UK airports will have to pay for up to 55% increases in APD (Air Passenger Duty).

Inbound passengers from UK flying to Singapore will now have to pay £85 (estimated S$176) for economy class and £150 (estimated S$311) for business class.

If you are planning to visit Europe and UK is one of the countries in your mind, you may want to strategise your last exit point.
