Hi Travel Buddies,

Have you decided on your next holiday destination for the next few months?  If you have not, start thinking about it as now is probably the best time of the rest of the year to start shopping for great holiday deals.

Why?  Firstly, you would have noticed that lots of Pre-Natas Travel Fairs and airfare promotions have started.

Next, with the current strengthening of the Singapore dollar, you have plenty of choices, especially to countries like USA and United Kingdom.  We have more friends been to or planning to USA or UK this year as the current US dollar and pound is so much cheaper compared to 3 years ago.  Recently, the Australia dollar also retreated from all time high, so if you are planning to go to down-under for a spring/summer holiday, you can probably start to stock up some Aussie dollar.

Hi Travel Buddies,

As our flight to Hong Kong was very early in the morning at 0640 hrs, we decided to use our priority pass at Ambassador Transit Lounge, Terminal 3.

For those who have not owned a Priority Pass yet, we strongly encourage you to apply for one, especially if you are a frequent traveller.  With a priority pass, you can access to 600 lounges worldwide, you can relax and pass your time leisurely at the executive airport lounge while waiting for your flight.

We find it especially useful if your flight takes off very late at night or early in the morning.  The last time we had a relaxing shower and rest at Vancouver Airport.

This time, we decided to try the Ambassador Transit Lounge as it was awarded as the highly commended 2010 airport lounge.

So what can you do at Ambassador Transit Lounge?
